个性化心理护理对帕金森病伴抑郁状态患者的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化心理护理对帕金森病伴抑郁状态患者的影响观察。方法:将2016年12月—2017年12月在我院神经内科治疗的120例帕金森病伴抑郁状态患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化心理护理,比较两组患者的护理效果、HAMD评分变化、生活质量。结果:观察组护理总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后认知障碍、睡眠障碍、焦虑/躯体化、迟滞、绝望感以及HAMD总分与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能等QOL-C30评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化心理护理对帕金森病伴抑郁状态患者有积极的影响,可显著改善患者抑郁状态,提高康复质量,改善生活治疗,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the effect of personalized psychological nursing on patients with Parkinson's disease and depression.Methods:120 cases of Parkinson's disease with depression treated in our department of Neurology from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group adopted personalized psychological nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups,the change of HAMD score and the quality of life were compared.Results:The nursing efficiency of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,78.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of cognitive impairment,sleep disorder,anxiety/somatization,delay,despair and HAMD in the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qol-c30 score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized psychological nursing in patients with Parkinson's disease with depression had a positive impact,it could significantly relieve patients with depression,improve the quality of rehabilitation,improve the quality of life,which was of positive clinical significance.
