穴位埋线配合中药颗粒清脂汤治疗单纯性肥胖临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线配合中药清脂汤治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:将符合研究标准的56例单纯性肥胖患者按就诊顺序随机的分成两组,每组28例。研究组予以穴位埋线治疗及中药清脂汤口服治疗,对照组予以电针治疗。观察两组治疗的临床疗效及治疗前后BMI、腰围、臀围的变化。结果:经过2个疗程的治疗,研究组总有效率92.9%,对照组总有效率78.6%,研究组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组在降低患者体质量、BMI及减小患者腰围、臀围方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线配合中药清脂汤治疗单纯性肥胖疗效确切,能有效减小患者体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围,且疗效优于电针治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with TCM granule Qingzhi Decoction(清脂汤)in treating simple obesity.Methods:56 patients with simple obesity who met the study criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 case in each group,patients in the study group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy and oral administration of TCM Qingzhi decoction(清脂汤),and the control group was treated with electro-acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the changes of BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results:After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 92.9%,and that of the control group was 78.6%,and the overall efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study group was superior to the control group in lowering the body mass,BMI and reducing waist circumference and hip circumference of patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with TCM granule Qingzhi Decoction(清脂汤)was effective in treating simple obesity,it could effectively reduce the body mass,BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference,and was better than electroacupuncture treatment.
