滋阴养血清热汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的价值评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床应用滋阴养血清热汤在类风湿性关节炎中的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2016年4月—2017年4月间住院及门诊收治的类风湿性关节炎100例,经患者同意,按数字分组法随机平均分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组给予益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上再给予滋阴养血清热汤,对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应率。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组78.00%的总有效率,两组统计学比较,有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对比两组患者的不良反应发生率,对照组为10.00%,观察组为8.00%,两组患者不良反应率统计学比较,无明显差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组优于对照组。结论:滋阴养血清热汤联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎,治疗效果优于单一使用西药治疗类风湿性关节炎,且安全可靠,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying Ziyin Yangxue Qingre Decoction(滋阴养血清热汤)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From April 2016 to April 2017,100 cases of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)were randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with Isop combined with methotrexate therapy,and the observation group was treated with Ziyin Yangxue Qingre Decoction(滋阴养血清热汤)on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.00%).Statistically,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups of patients was compared,the control group was 10.00%,the observation group was 8.00%,the difference was of no statistical significance(P>0.05),but the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Ziyin Yangxue Qingre Decoction(滋阴养血清热汤)combined with western medicine had better therapeutic effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis than using western medicine alone,and it was safe and reliable,the effect was significant and was worthy of clinical promotion.
