口服替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索分析替吉奥同步三维适形放疗用于局部晚期胃癌的治疗效果,为晚期胃癌患者的临床治疗提供参考借鉴。方法:将2015年10月—2017年10月在我院治疗的70例晚期胃癌患者分为两组,按照随机、单盲的方法入组,每组35例。对照组采用单纯三维适形放射治疗法,观察组患者则在放疗的基础上同步口服替吉奥治疗,观察统计两组胃癌患者的治疗效果及不良反应并对比分析。结果:观察组患者的RR为48.57%,DCR为80.00%,治疗后KPS评分为(96.38±11.92)分,均高于对照组的20.00%、40.00%、(69.80±12.49)分,三组数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,对照组不良反应发生率为45.54%,低于观察组的59.92%,但是两组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:口服替吉奥同步三维适形放疗用于局部晚期胃癌的治疗效果显著,患者不良反应可耐受,生活质量也得到改善,可以推广应用。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of oral administration of Tiggio combined with 3d conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of local advanced gastric cancer and to provide references for the clinical treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Method:From October 2015 to October 2017,70 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital were divided into two groups.According to random and single-blind methods,35 patients in each group were enrolled.The control group was treated with simple three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with oral tiggio synchronously on the basis of radiotherapy.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients with gastric cancer were observed and compared and analyzed.Results:Patients in the observation group had a RR of 48.57%,a DCR of 80.00%and a KPS score of(96.38±11.92)after treatment,all of which were higher than the control group's scores of 20.00%,40.00%and(69.80±12.49).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 45.54%,which was lower than that of the observation group,59.92%,but the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Tiggio combined with 3d conformal radiotherapy was effective in the treatment of local advanced gastric cancer.The adverse reactions of patients could be tolerated and their quality of life was improved,and it was worthy of application and promotion.
