头针配合张力平衡针法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨头针配合张力平衡针法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果观察。方法:将2016年10月—2017年10月在我院针灸科治疗的120例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规针刺疗法,观察组采用头针配合张力平衡针法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、肌张力及肌痉挛状态、运动功能及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Ashworth量表评分、肢体肌痉挛状态评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FMA评分和BI指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针配合张力平衡针法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果显著,有利于改善肢体肌痉挛状态,降低肌张力,促进运动功能和生活质量的改善,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of head needle combined with tension balance needle in treating spastic paralysis after apoplexy.Methods:120 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke treated in the acupuncture department of our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group received conventional acupuncture therapy,the observation group received head needle combined with tension balance needle treatment,the clinical curative effect,muscle tension and muscle spasticity,motor function and quality of life of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,78.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Ashworth scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FMA score and BI index of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Head needle combined with tension balance needle had significant clinical effect in treating spastic paralysis after apoplexy.It was beneficial to improve the state of limb muscle spasm,reduce muscle tension,promote the improvement of motor function and quality of life,and had positive clinical significance.
