中医综合非手术疗法治疗肱骨干骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:介绍对闭合性,不伴有神经血管损伤的简单肱骨干骨折的非手术疗法以及临床观察。方法:选取适应证患者,采用手法复位,合适的小夹板、压垫、三角巾外固定,"挎包"矫正成角畸形,配合骨折三期用药,针灸,以及指导功能训练治疗骨折,适时对患者进行X光片复查及调整外固定。要求随访1年,以骨折对位对线情况,患者肩肘关节功能,以及患者满意程度来评定疗效。结果:本组61例,优43例,良15例,差3例,优良率达95.08%,总满意率为98.36%。结论:采用本疗法对于肱骨干骨折,具有简单有效、安全、廉价和患者易于接受等优点,值得基层医院推广应用。Objective:To introduce the non-surgical treatment of simple humeral shaft fractures with closed,no nerve and vascular injury and its clinical observation.Methods:Patients with indications were treated with manual reduction,suitable small plywood,pressure pad,triangular outer fixation,"satchel"orthopedic,combined with fractures,acupuncture,and instructive function training were applied to treat fractures,and timely X-ray review of patients and adjusting the external fixation were given.All the patients were followed-up for one year,fracture on the line of the situation,the patient's shoulder and elbow function,and patient satisfaction were used to assess the efficacy.Results:The excellent rate was 95.08%and the total satisfaction rate was 98.36%in 61 cases,it was excellent in 43 cases,good in 15 cases and poor in 3 cases.Conclusion:This therapy was simple and effective,safe,cheap and easy for the patients to accept in treating humeral shaft fractures,and it was worth promotion and application in the grass-root primary hospitals.
