摘　　要：推动城市应对气候变化在经济可持续转型中至关重要。武汉作为拥有两江四岸、常住人口超过千万的超大城市,极易受到气候变化的影响。增强气候弹性,选择"强可持续发展"范式是实现武汉经济社会发展的优选模式。而构建完善的绿色金融体系无疑是实现上述目标的有力支撑。激发绿色金融新动能,不仅能够助力武汉工业结构优化升级,支撑武汉成为区域乃至国家绿色金融中心,还能够强有力地推动城市的强可持续发展,尽快实现大武汉复兴。It is extremely important to promote urban countermeasures to climate changes in the process of economic sustainable transformation.As a megacity with two rivers,four banks,and a permanent population of more than 10 million,Wuhan is can be affected by climate changes easily.Enhancing climate resilience and choosing the“strong sustainable development”model is the preferred mode for realizing Wuhan's economic and social development.The establishment of a sound green financial system is undoubtedly a strong support to achieve the above goals.Inspiring the new kinetics of green finance will not only help Wuhan realize industrial structure optimization and upgrade,support Wuhan to become the green financial center of the region or even the entire nation,but can also powerfully promote the city's strong sustainable development and realize the Great Wuhan Renaissance as soon as possible.
