摘　　要：随着"一带一路"建设的不断深入,中国企业对"一带一路"沿线转型经济体国家的投资逐渐增加,同时,也面临着越来越多的风险。宏观经济、营商环境、主权信用、债务等领域的潜在风险会给企业带来一定的损失,甚至使其发展受到阻碍。因此,对在转型经济体投资的经济风险进行识别和综合评估,政府之间建立长效合作对话机制,签订双边及多边投资协定,企业拓展投资地域和投资行业,建立风险预警机制等措施对中国企业的对外投资极为重要。With the continuous deepening of the construction of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,Chinese enterprises have gradually increased their investment in countries with economies in transition along the“Belt and Road”line,and at the same time,they are facing more and more risks.Potential risks in the areas of macroeconomics,business environment,sovereign credit,and debt will cause certain losses to the enterprise and even hinder its development.Therefore,to identify and comprehensively assess the economic risks of investment in transition economies,it is of great importance to establish long-term cooperation and dialogue mechanisms between governments,sign bilateral and multilateral investment agreements,expand investment regions and investment industries,and establish risk early warning mechanisms in order for protecting the investment of Chinese enterprises to foreign countries.
