摘　　要：本文设计了一种用于造纸机烘干部的烘缸组合齿轮箱,并对其工作原理进行阐述。为了简化结构、提高传动效率,将烘缸齿轮箱拆分为N台模块化齿轮箱各自带动单个烘缸体转动,并通过万向节联轴器将各齿轮箱连接起来。模块化齿轮箱又被拆分为角箱模块、连接法兰和减速机模块,通过依次顺序拼装实现不同的装配形式。该烘缸齿轮箱不仅结构紧凑、节约空间、安装简单方便、传动效率高,而且通用性强,实现了标准化、模块化设计制造。This paper designs a kind of gearbox which is used for the drying of paper machine,and expounds its working principle.In order to simplify the structure,improve the transmission efficiency,we broken up the drying cylinder gearbox into N sub-machine gearboxes respectively driven in a single cylinder body,and connect the gear box through universal coupling.The modular gear box is divided into corner box module,connecting flange and decelerating machine module,and different assembly types are realized by assembly.The gear box of this dryer not only has compact structure,saving space,easy installation,high transmission efficiency,but also has high universality,and realizes standardization and modular design and manufacture.
