摘　　要：20世纪90年代,随着国家宗教政策的变化,俄罗斯的政教关系进入稳定发展时期。俄罗斯东正教会作为一种社会制度,积极参与国家社会生活,并针对重要问题表达自己的观点。在有利的政治形势和法律条件下,代表教会官方立场的《俄罗斯东正教会社会观点基本原则》于2000年出台。该文件体现了俄罗斯东正教会的系列政治主张,包括对"交响曲"模式政教关系的确认及发展,对有底线政教合作的支持等。同时,东正教会形成了自己的政治意识形态。《圣经》和《圣传》中的神学原理及宗教道德,是俄罗斯东正教会评价社会问题的基本出发点。通过《俄罗斯东正教会社会观点基本原则》,俄罗斯东正教会提高了自身在世俗社会中的地位,加强了在国内外政治话语中的主导权。In the 1990s,with the changes of the country’s religious policies,Russia’s political and religious relations entered a period of stable development.As a social system,the Russian Orthodox Church actively participates in the social life of the country and expresses its own views on important issues.The“Basic Principles of the Social View of the Russian Orthodox Church”,which represents the official position of the church,was introduced in 2000.This document embodies a series of political propositions of the Russian Orthodox Church,including the confirmation and development of the“symphony”mode of political and religious relations,and support for the political and religious cooperation based on their bottom line.At the same time,the Orthodox Church formed its own political ideology.The theological principles and religious ethics in the Bible and The Holy Bible are the basic starting points for the Russian Orthodox Church to evaluate social issues.Through the“Basic Principles of the Social View of the Russian Orthodox Church”,the Russian Orthodox Church has improved its status in secular society and strengthened its dominant position in political discourse.
