“体医融合”服务需求及影响因素研究

摘　　要：探讨城市社区居民对"体医融合"服务需求以及影响因素,为"体医融合"服务的实施提供科学依据。自行设计调查问卷,通过专家咨询法完善调查方案和调查表,采用方便取样法,对城市社区200名社区居民进行问卷调查。社区居民对"体医融合"服务需求总体上处于需要和非常需要之间,处于需要偏上水平;居民希望社区或医院提供"体医融合"服务,对"医生与体育专家共同指导下锻炼"、"运动处方"和"体质监测"有较强的需要;年龄、患慢性病情况对"体医融合"服务需求的影响具有统计学意义。加大对青少年和患慢性病人群"体医融合"宣传力度;探索在社区或医院建立"体医融合"健康服务模式;加强"体医融合"复合型人才培养。In order to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of the"body medical integration"service,the needs and the influencing factors of the urban community residents'service to the"body medical integration"are discussed.Methods:a self-designed questionnaire was adopted to improve the investigation plan and questionnaire through expert consultation.A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 200 community residents in the urban community.Results:the community residents'demand for the"body medical integration"service is in need and very need in general,and is at the level of need.It is hoped that community hospitals provide"body medicine integration"service,which has strong need for doctors and sports experts under the guidance of exercise,exercise prescription and physical fitness monitoring.Age and chronic disease were statistically significant to the demand.Conclusion:we should strengthen the propaganda of"body and medicine combination"for adolescents and chronic patients,explore the establishment of"body medicine combination"health service mode in community or hospital,and strengthen the training of compound talents of"body medicine combination".
