摘　　要：为满足卓越工程师培养的需求,进行工科基础化学课程群的建立,明确教学理念,优化教学内容,丰富教学模式,加强师资队伍建设,以提高学生的应用能力和创新能力为目标,争取取得令人满意的教学效果,满足工科院校的人才培养目标。To satisfy the demands of the excellent engineers training,basic chemistry course groups are built.The several aspects of chemistry course groups,including the establishment of teaching idea,the optimization of teaching content,the reformation of teaching method and the building of teaching staff,were discussed.All of these are to improve the students'application ability and innovation ability,achieve a satisfactory teaching effect and satisfy with the talent cultivation goal in engineering colleges.
