摘　　要：目的观察病案归档管理应用PDCA方法的价值。方法研究时间自2014年1月开始至2017年10月结束,2014年1月-2015年12月实施常规病案归档管理定义为对照组,2016年1月-2017年10月实施PDCA方法进行病案归档管理定义为观察组,分别选取250份病例进行分析,对比实施前后病案质量得分、病案归档时间、病案返修率以及甲级病案率。结果观察组病案质量得分、病案归档时间、病案返修率以及甲级病案率与对照组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论病案归档管理应用PDCA方法的价值极高,值得临床广泛推行。Objective To observe the value of PDCA method in the management of medical records.Methods The study period began in January 2014 and ended in October 2017.The archived management of routine medical records from January 2014 to December 2015 was defined as a control group.The PDCA method was used to perform medical records from January 2016 to October 2017.The archive management was defined as the observation group,and 250 cases were selected for analysis.The quality scores of the medical records before and after the implementation,the filing time of the medical records,the medical record repair rate and the grade A medical record rate were compared.Results There were significant differences between the observation group's medical record scores,medical record filing time,medical record repair rate,and Grade A disease rate compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA method for medical records management is of high value and worthy of extensive clinical practice.
