摘　　要：本文采用文献资料、实地考察、案例分析,结合2016上海国际花剑世界杯大奖赛的实践经验,对我国单项体育赛事的项目管理进行了深入的研究。主要结论:明确了我国单项体育赛事项目管理体系、我国单项体育赛事在管理过程中的主要任务以及我国单项体育赛事项目管理的方法和工具。同时,探讨了项目管理的理论和方法应用于体育赛事管理的可行性,并认为其是现代高水平体育赛事管理发展的必然趋势。Based on the literature,f ield investigation,case analysis and the practical experience of the 2016 Shanghai international foil World Cup Grand Prix,this paper makes an in-depth study on the project management of China's single sports events.Main conclusions:the construction of China's single sports event management system,the main tasks of the single sport event management process in China,and the methods and tools for the management of single sports events in China.
