儿童饮食行为问题与家庭因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解1~3岁儿童饮食行为问题状况及其与家庭环境的关系,为采取干预措施以减少儿童饮食行为问题的发生提供依据。方法对2015年8月至2016年10月来该院儿保门诊检查有饮食行为问题的200例1~3岁儿童进行问卷调查与分析。结果 200例1~3岁儿童的饮食行为问题分别有偏食、进食量少、拒绝新食物、追逐喂食、边玩边食、随意吃零食、家长过度关注等,其中进食时间长、偏食发生率最高(32.0%、33.5%)。儿童饮食行为问题与家长掌握育儿知识、教养方式、家庭经济、文化程度、双亲关系、养育人等呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论儿童饮食行为问题与家庭环境因素密切相关,在儿保门诊对儿童饮食行为给予针对性干预,有利于加强以家庭为中心开展健康教育,培养儿童良好的饮食行为习惯,促进儿童身心健康成长。Objective To understand the status of dietary behavior problems in 1-3 years old children and its relationship with the family environment in order to provide a basis for adopting the intervention measures and reducing the occurrence of child dietary behavior problems.Methods Two hundreds 1-3 years old children with dietary behavior problems in the child healthcare outpatient department of the hospital from Augest 2015 to September 2016 conducted the questionnaires investigation and analysis.Results In 200 cases 1-3 years old children,the dietary behavior problems included the dietary bias,less food intake,rejecting the new food,parents chasing children to feed,playing while eating,eating snacks casually,parents pay excessive attention,etc.Among them,the occurrence rate of eat less and dietary bias were the highest(32.0%,33.5%).Children′s dietary behavior problems were significantly correlated with parents′mastery of parenting knowledge,parenting style,family economy,educational level,parental relationship and caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusion The children′s dietary behavior problems are closely correlated with family environment factors,in the child health care clinic,giving the pertinent intervention on children′s dietary behaviors is conducive to strengthen to carry out the family-centered health education,cultivates children′s good eating habits and promotes the growth of children′s physical and mental health.
