摘　　要：介绍了在Unipol气相法聚乙烯工艺中,由钛系催化剂和铬系催化剂生产高密度聚乙烯产品相互切换过程及工艺参数控制,结合兰州石化公司全密度聚乙烯装置钛系高密度牌号和铬系高密度牌号转产实例,对两种牌号的产品性能,转产过程进行了详细分析和经验总结。Introduced in the Unipol gas phase polyethylene process,the titanium catalyst and chromium catalyst to produce high density polyethylene products are switching process and control of process parameters,combined with the Lanzhou Petrochemical Industries Co full density polyethylene unit of Ti CR high density grades and high density grade production examples,product performance of two grades,production process a detailed analysis and summary of experience.
