环管法聚丙烯T30S粉料粒径分布的测试研究

摘  要:采用机械振动筛分法分别测试了添加抗静电剂和不添加抗静电剂、抗静电剂用量、振幅大小、振动时间等对环管法生产的聚丙烯粉料的粒径分布。结果表明:不加抗静电剂的情况下,粒径大于2000μm的含量多于添加抗静电剂条件下粒径大于2000μm的含量,且添加抗静电剂后850μm以下的颗粒粒径分布极差均小于不添加抗静电剂的;抗静电剂的用量增加,3次测试的粒径分布数据平行性较好;振幅50Hz的条件下,粒径分布数据和综合操作性较好;振动时间控制在13min左右的数据准确性更高。Using the mechanical vibration screening method,the particle size distribution of polypropylene powder produced by ring tube method was tested by adding antistatic agent and adding antistatic agent,antistatic agent dosage,amplitude size,vibration time and so on.The results show that,without antistatic agent,the content of particle diameter greater than 2000 m is more than that of adding antistatic agent under the condition of adding antistatic agent,and the particle size distribution under 850 antistatic agents is less than no antistatic agent,the dosage of antistatic agent is less than that of antistatic agent;the dosage of antistatic agent is increased and the particle size distribution of the 3 tests is increased.According to the condition that the amplitude is 50Hz,the particle size distribution data and the comprehensive operation are better.The data with vibration time controlled by 13min are more accurate.
