摘　　要：通过对TESCO顶驱的泥浆阀总成结构和工作特点进行分析,提出了失效形式主要是点蚀和冲蚀并据此提出了正确使用泥浆阀和延长使用寿命的方法。Based on analysis of the TESCO topdrive mud valve and working feature,the author of the present article thinks that corrosive pitting and erosion are the main failure modes,thus suggesting appropriate methods to lengthen the service lifespan of mud valves.
