通气孔法在水轮机导叶漏水量测量中的运用

摘　　要：水轮机导叶漏水量是衡量机组安装检修质量的重要标准,同时也是水电厂风险评估的重要内容。但传统的容积法不但操作十分麻烦,且存在一定安全风险。根据我厂的实际情况,利用机组振摆在线系统,运用"通气孔法"进行了实际测量,收到了较好效果。The leakage of turbine guide vane is an important standard to measure the quality of unit installation and maintenance,and is also an important part of the risk assessment of hydropower plants,but the traditional volumetric method is not only very troublesome to operate.According to the actual situation of our factory and the on-line system of vibration and pendulum of the unit,the actual measurement is carried out by using the“ventilation hole method”,and good results are obtained.
