卓越背景下资源勘查工程专业人才培养模式研究——以防灾科技学院为例

摘　　要：社会发展对于新时期中国地质灾害相关专业的技术人才提出了新的要求,防灾科技学院定位为应用型本科院校,尝试与企业合作联合培养高素质特色人才的产学研合作教育。本文通过介绍防灾科技学院资源勘查工程专业的人才培养规格、培养目标和培养方案、以合作示范实习基地为基础强化勘查工程实践能力的产学研实践教学,以及以科研项目为依托提高精英型人才科研能力的科研实习教学,研究了资源勘查工程专业"卓越工程师培养计划"背景下的"选择性卓越"的人才培养模式,探讨了"选择性卓越"模式对于培养新时代精英型人才的意义。Social development has put forward new requirements for the technical personnel of geological disaster specialty in the coming period.Institute of Disaster Prevention is an applied undergraduate college.In order to train special talents of high quality,the college is trying to carry out industrial-academic-research cooperation with enterprises.The paper introduced the training objectives and training programs of Resource Exploration Engineering Major of Institute of Disaster Prevention in detail.Furthermore,we discussed the characteristics of its talent training in the paper,namely,“Strengthening the practical ability of students on the basis of cooperative demonstration practice base”and“Improve the scientific research ability of teachers relying on scientific research projects”.Based on research above,this paper further discussed the“Selective Excellence”talent training mode under the background of“Excellent Engineer Training Program”and pointed out the significance of this mode.
