摘 要:针对汽车连接器端子在高温环境下夹紧力衰减问题,通过分析端子夹紧力,提出了弹性结构二次夹紧方案和箱体结构二次夹紧方案。弹性结构二次夹紧方案可应用于端子规格大于2.8的情况,箱体结构二次夹紧方案可用于端子规格小于2.8的情况。在满足条件的情况下,两种方案均不需要增加成本,可解决端子在高温环境下由于应力释放造成的夹紧力衰减问题。In order to resolve the issues that the clamping force of auto connector terminal under high temperature environment is smaller than the initial value,This study provides the following proposals by analyzing terminal clamping force,namely,the two clamping scheme of elastic structure and the two clamping scheme of box structure.The two time clamping scheme of the elastic structure can be applied to the case that the terminal specification is larger than 2.8.The two time clamping scheme of the box structure can be applied to the case that the terminal specification is smaller than 2.8.In cases that all factors can meet requirements in both proposals,these issues could be resolved without increasing the cost.
