摘　　要：本文设计了一种基于变频控制芯片L6565D的宽输入电压范围双管反激电源,应用于光伏电站系统中的辅助电源;其输入电压范围可达DC200-1000V,L6565D根据采集输入电压的变化情况实现不同电压段的电流环限流点的调节,同时利用检测变压器磁复位状态来控制两个开关管工作于谷底导通模式,实现软开关功能。In this paper,a wide input voltage range dual-tube anti-shock power source based on frequency conversion control chip L6565D is designed,as the auxiliary power of the system is applied to the optovolt power station,its input voltage range is DC200-1000v;L6565D by collecting the change of the input voltage of different voltage adjustment of the current loop current limiting point,at the same time use testing transformer magnetic reset state to control two switch tube in the bottom of conduction mode,to achieve soft switch function.
