摘  要:为研究外源核苷酸对奥尼罗非鱼生长发育、抗氧化及氨氮胁迫的影响.分别在饲料中添加0、0.02%、0.05%和0.10%的混合核苷酸(设为对照组、实验Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组),经过8周的饲养实验后进行氨氮胁迫.结果表明:实验Ⅲ组鱼WGR和SGR最高,实验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组鱼HSI最低;外源核苷酸的水平不影响鱼体组成;实验组鱼肝脏内SOD和CAT活力均较对照组高,实验Ⅲ组GPx活力最高;外源核苷酸水平不影响幼鱼鳃内CAT活力,但能提高SOD和CAT活力;氨氮胁迫后,实验组鱼肝脏内3种酶的活力都有所提高,鳃内SOD活力显著高于对照组.This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of exogenous nucleotides on growth,antioxidant status and ammonia-N resistance of hybrid tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus×O.areus).Four levels mixed nucleotides of 0,0.02%,0.05%and 0.10%were added to feed(set as control group,group I,II and III).After 8 weeks of feeding,ammonia-N stress was added.Results showed that WGR,SGR of group III were the highest and HSI of group I,II were the lowest.Exogenous nucleotide level does not affect body composition.SOD and CAT activities in liver of experimental groups were higher than the control group,GPx activity in liver of experimental group III was the highest.Exogenous nucleotide level does not affect activity of CAT in gill,but can increase SOD and CAT activities.After Ammonia-N stress,activities of three enzymes in the liver of the experimental group increased,SOD activity in gill was significantly higher than that of the control group.
