水泥混凝土配合比设计及盐冻影响试验研究

摘  要:对水泥混凝土进行配合比设计,选用n-1配合比为施工理论配合比.按照此配合比进行水泥混凝土试块的制作,分别选用氯化钙、氯化镁、氯化钠、CMA等融雪剂溶液对水泥混凝土试块进行盐冻试验,考察融雪剂对混凝土试块的腐蚀影响.实验结果表明:当溶液浓度为4%时,盐冻损失最大,当溶液浓度为20%时,盐冻损失最小.比较各类融雪剂,对混凝土试块盐冻损失最大的是氯化钠、其次是氯化钙,最小的是CMA.The proportional rate design of cement concrete was carried out in the paper,which concluded that the best proportional rate of construction was named n-1.The salt-frozen test of cement concrete blocks which were made according to the n-1 proportional rate and which were carried out by Calcium chloride,magnesium chloride,sodium chloride,CMA,etc.The purpose is to investigate the corrosion effect of snowmelt agent on concrete test block.The results showed that the salt-frozen loss was the largest when the concentration of the solution was 4%,and the saltfrozen loss was the lowest when the concentration of the solution was 20%.Compared with all kinds of snowmelt agents,the biggest salt-frozen loss to concrete test block was sodium chloride,followed by calcium chloride,and the smallest was CMA.
