摘　　要：随着韩国走向多元文化社会之势渐强,如何整合、包容外国人及移民问题将成为韩国社会今后的一个重要课题。本文以韩国政府的外国人政策及其社会整合政策为主题,概述外国人渡韩及其韩国相关政策的制定,分析韩国移民政策现状与社会整合问题,探讨韩国社会与外来移民者共享美好生活的对策。With the growing trend of becoming a multicultural society,South Korea will face the important issue of integrating and including foreigners and immigrants into its society in the near future.Based on the policies on foreigners and on social integration by the Korean government,this article summarizes the processes of foreigners crossing Korea and how the Korean government makes related policies.It also analyzes the status of Korea’s immigration policies and immigrant social integration issues and explores some countermeasures on how to share a better life for both the Korean society and its immigrants.
