摘　　要：本文研究了单相功率因数校正电路(单相Boost PFC)的有源软开关应用。基于软开关工作原理,分析软开关电路中器件参数的设计原则。制作了基于BOOST PFC有源软开关的1.5 k W家用变频空调原理样机。通过波形测试验证实现了软开关,并对该电路性能进行了总结。This article researches the application of active soft switching of single-phase boost converter for PFC.Design principles of component parameters in active soft-switching circuit are analyzed,which is based on the operating principles of soft-switching.A demo inverter air conditioner of 1.5 kW is designed by using soft-switching circuit.The soft switching is realized by waveform test,and the performance of the circuit is summarized.
