摘　　要：以往冰箱内胆冲孔机具需要多个专机及多次定位,并且需要人工将冷藏、冷冻内胆分开,各个专机设备占地面积大,工序复杂,定位精度不高等问题严重影响了产品质量。该内胆冲孔机具、切断机融入搬运机械手及定位组件完全解决了定位精度问题,并合理有效的完善生产工艺,融合高效的伺服控制系统,从而降低了人工成本及设备占地面积。In the past,there are many special machines and multiple locations for the inner punch die of the refrigerator,and it is necessary to separate the refrigerated and frozen inner gallbladder manually.The area of the special machine is large,the process is complex and the positioning accuracy is not high,which seriously affects the quality of the product.The inner hole punching die and the cutting machine are integrated into the handling manipulator and the positioning component to solve the problem of positioning precision completely,and improve the production process reasonably and effectively,and integrate the efficient servo control system,thus reducing the labor cost and the area of the equipment.
