摘　　要：本文报道了硫酸催化的基于链式α-羰基二硫缩烯酮的β-羰基羧酸硫醇酯的合成。在5mol%H2SO4存在下,乙腈介质中,回流条件下,链式α-羰基二硫缩烯酮有效进行水解反应,高产率合成β-羰基羧酸硫醇酯。In this paper,a synthetic method forβ-ketothioesters from sulfuric acid(H 2SO 4)-catalyzed hydrolysis reaction of chainα-oxoketene dithioacetals was reported.It was shown that the hydrolysis reaction of chainα-oxoketene dithioacetals could efficiently occur in the presence of 5mol%H 2SO 4 under reflux in CH 3CN,affording the desiredβ-ketothioesters in excellent yields.
