摘　　要：在吹塑专用聚丙烯(PP)B2025中分别添加透明成核剂A和B,分析了添加量对PP B2025力学性能及光学性能的影响。结果表明:透明成核剂B的质量分数为0.02%,PP B2025制品厚度在1.0 mm以下时的雾度与添加质量分数为0.20%透明成核剂A的雾度相当;但PP B2025制品厚度在1.0 mm以上时,添加透明成核剂B的PP B2025制品的雾度、黄色指数大于添加透明成核剂A;添加透明成核剂B的PP B2025的结晶温度也低于添加透明成核剂A。Transparent nucleating agents A and B were added to specialty polypropylene(PP)B2025 respectively to observe the contribution of different addition to the mechanical and optical properties of PP B2025.It is found that the haze of PP B2025 product whose thickness is less than 1.0 mm in which the mass fraction of B is 0.02%is equal to that of A of 0.20%.However,when the thickness of PP B2025 products is above 1.0 mm,the haze and yellow index of the product by adding B are larger than those by adding A.The crystallization temperature of the former product is also lower than that of the latter one.
