摘 要:液压-机械双流传动(hydro-mechanical transmission,HMT)是一种复合传动方式。针对HMT在轿车上的应用,文章提出了一种以双凸轮转子叶片泵作为功率内分流分动器的HMT系统设计方案,介绍了系统各部件功能及实现原理;并针对国产某型A0级轿车,以HMT无级调速方式替代原变速系统直接挡以下的各挡传动,分析和建立了系统传动效率与各参数之间的关系,设计了作为系统关键功能模块的分动器与马达的相关参数。Hydro-mechanical transmission(HMT)is a kind of compound transmission.In view of the application of HMT in the car,a design scheme of HMT system using double cam rotor vane pump as power internal shunt distributor is proposed.The functions and implementation principles of each part of the system are introduced.In view of a domestic A0 car,the HMT speed regulating mode is used to replace the transmission of gears below the direct gear in the original transmission system.The relationship between the transmission efficiency and the parameters of the system is analyzed and established,and the relevant parameters of the transfer and the motor are designed as the key functional modules of the system.
