摘 要:文章设计了一种新型输电线路自升降式跨越架。架体采用钢结构,由自立式塔身和横梁臂架构成,并配备自升降系统,可根据实际情况灵活调节塔身高度及横梁方向。塔身由3m长的标准节组立而成,塔身最大工作高度为60m;横梁长度60m,跨度为40m。跨越架在被跨越物体的两边架设,横梁可在空中对接,形成跨距80m的封网结构;建立了跨越架有限元力学分析模型,计算其在不同工况下的强度、刚度和稳定性。结果表明,该结构安全可靠,可保证跨越架线施工安全和被跨越物体的正常工作。A new type of self-elevating crossing frame is designed.The steel frame is composed of self-supporting tower and crossbeam.The tower is set up by 3 m long standard segments with self-elevating systems.Therefore,the working height and direction can be adjusted flexibly according to the actual situation.The maximum working height of the tower is 60 m.The length of the crossbeam is 60 m and the span of the crossbeam is 40 m.The crossing frame is erected on both sides of the crossed object,and the crossbeams on both sides are connected in the air to form an 80 m span sealing structure.The finite element model is built to verify the strength,stiffness and stability of the crossing frame under different working conditions.The results show that the structure is safe and reliable,which can guarantee the safety of the construction and the normal operation of the crossed object.
