摘　　要：本文针对老款硬币钱箱锁闭机构存在的问题,在钱箱结构特点研究的基础上,结合操作流程和锁闭功能的分析与研究,设计了一种新型联锁机构,利用PROE完成三维建模设计,最后通过钱箱工作循环的分析,证明了机构设计的可行性和实用性,从而使设备的可靠性和安全性得到提高。In view of the problems existing in the locking mechanism of the old coin box,on the basis of the research of the structure characteristics of the money box,combining the analysis and research of the operation process and lock function,a new interlocking mechanism is designed,and the 3D modeling design is completed by PROE.Finally,the feasibility of the mechanism design is proved by the analysis of the working cycle of the coin box.And practicability,thus improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.
