摘　　要：孙中山是近代中国民主革命先行者,也是政治理论大家,其民权主义思想深刻反映时代精神,具有很高的精神品位,保持了一贯的理论特质,并形成了周延的理论系统。这一系统,是建立在进化论和民生史观这样坚实的哲学理论基础上的;这一系统,既表现在他对民主民权先进理念的长期坚守与求索,也有他对民权主义制度建设之微观—中观—宏观的系统构想,更值得肯定的是,其民权主义思想的宗旨和归宿是"做人民公仆替众人服务"。探究这一理论系统,对于我们今天的社会主义民主政治建设仍然具有重要的启示和借鉴意义,有些方面直至今日仍值得我们学习和应用。Aforerunner of the democratic revolution in modern China,Sun Yat-sen is also a great political theorist,whose theory of democracy has formed a comprehensive theoretical system and deeply reflected the spirit of the time with a high grade and consistent quality.The theoretical systemis based on the solid basis of philosophical theory,including the theory of evolution and the historical idea of people's livelihood.This theoretical system not only reflects his persistent search for democratic rights,but also manifests his systematic construction of the democratic institutions,like the micro-medium-macro civil rights system.The tenet and the end of his theory are"to be a public servant and serving all people".Exploring his theoretical system still has important significance for our socialist democratic political construction today,and some aspects of it are still worthy learning.
