摘 要:利用植物化感作用控藻是控制水华的生物方法之一,其原理是利用植物分泌一些物质来抑制藻类的生长。选取产毒铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)为实验藻株,研究其对两种化感物质阿魏酸(Ferulic acid,Fe A)和阿魏酸乙酯(Ethyl ferulate)化感作用的响应,以及以富里酸(Fulvic acid,Fu A)为代表的溶解性有机质(Dissolved organic matter,DOM)对化感作用所产生的影响。实验表明,100 mg?L^(-1)和200 mg?L^(-1)阿魏酸和80 mg?L^(-1)、100 mg?L^(-1)和200 mg?L^(-1)阿魏酸乙酯对藻类具有化感作用;阿魏酸对铜绿微囊藻半抑制浓度EC50(96h)为123.7mg?L^(-1),阿魏酸乙酯EC50(96h)为87.7 mg?L^(-1),阿魏酸乙酯抑制能力强于阿魏酸。阿魏酸(40 mg?L^(-1))和阿魏酸乙酯(40 mg?L^(-1))实验组溶液中均未检测到微囊藻毒素MC-LR,100 mg?L^(-1)阿魏酸、80 mg?L^(-1)和100 mg?L^(-1)阿魏酸乙酯处理后第1~7天溶液中均检测到MC-LR。低质量浓度富里酸(1 mg?L^(-1))促进铜绿微囊藻生长,高质量浓度(10 mg?L^(-1))抑制其生长。在阿魏酸与铜绿微囊藻的体系中加入1 mg?L^(-1)富里酸后,40 mg?L^(-1)和80 mg?L^(-1)阿魏酸实验组均表现为促进作用,100 mg·L^(-1)阿魏酸实验组藻液叶绿素a降低。10 mg?L^(-1)富里酸加入后40 mg?L^(-1)、80 mg?L^(-1)和100 mg?L^(-1)阿魏酸实验组叶绿素a均下降。富里酸-阿魏酸对铜绿微囊藻的抑制作用大于单独使用该剂量的阿魏酸对藻类的化感作用。上述研究结果展现了溶解性有机质对化感物质环境行为的影响,为揭示富营养化水体中水生植物控藻的作用机理提供了依据。Application of plant allelopathy effect on algae inhibition was one of the biological methods to control water bloom,the mechanism of which is to inhibit the growth of algae by allelochemicals released from plants.The effect and allelopathy mechanism of ferulic acid and ethyl ferulate were studied in this research by using Microcystisaeruginosa as an object.As a typical dissolved organic matter the effect of fulvic acid on allelopathy was also studied.The results showed that ferulic acid(100 mg·L^-1 and 200 mg·L^-1)a nd e thyl f erulate(80 m g.L^-1,100 mg·L^-1 and 200 mg·L^-1)had allelopathy effects on Microcystisaeruginosa;the EC50(96 h)of ferulic acid and ethyl ferulate to Microcystisaeruginosa were 123.7 mg·L^-1 and 87.7 mg·L^-1,repectively.The inhibitory effect of ethyl ferulate was remarkably stronger than that of ferulic acid.Microcystin-LR in solution was not detected in ferulic acid(40 mg·L^-1)and ethyl ferulate(40 mg·L^-1),while it was detected in the present of ferulic acid(100 mg·L^-1),and ethyl ferulate(80 mg·L^-1,100 mg·L^-1)after 1~7 d.Fulvic acid alone with concentration of 1 mg·L^-1 could promote the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,while inhibited the growth with concentration of 10 mg·L^-1.When adding 1 mg·L^-1 fulvic acid to Microcystis aeruginosa in the present of 40 mg·L^-1 and 80 mg·L^-1 ferulic acid,the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa would be promoted,while inhibited the growth in the present of 100 mg·L^-1 ferulic acid.After elevating the concentration of fulvic acid to 10 mg·L^-1,the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa would be inhibited when concentration of ferulic acid were 40 mg·L^-1,80 mg·L^-1 and 100 mg·L^-1.The result indicated that when fulvic acid was used in combination with ferulic acid,the inhibition of the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa were greater than the use of two substances separately.This research revealed the influence of dissolved organic matter on the environmental behavior of allelochemicals,and provided experimental evidence for algae control
