摘 要:研究了电解酸洗的电极极性对镀锡基板铅含量的影响。对基板进行阳极区酸洗时,其表面铅含量随电流增大而增大。经阴极区酸洗后基板表面不含铅,而且阴极区酸洗具有辅助除铅的作用。将多道酸洗的最后一道设置为阴极区并适当延长其酸洗时间,可以有效降低基板表面铅含量。The effect of electrode polarity of electrolytic pickling on the lead content of cold rolled steel sheet for tin plating was studied.The lead content on the surface of cold rolled steel sheet is increased with the increasing of current when pickling at anodic region,but undetected after pickling at cathodic region.Pickling at cathodic region facilitates the removal of lead.The lead content on the surface of cold rolled steel sheet can be decreased effectively by being finished at a cathodic region and prolonging its operation time during a multi-step pickling process.
