中间覆盖层提升生物反应器填埋场产气能力的研究

摘  要:为了解填埋场中间覆盖层对提升生活垃圾填埋处理的产气能力的影响,采用5组生物反应器进行填埋场模拟实验。结果表明:(1)垃圾分层填埋有助于提升垃圾的产气速率。产气速率常数依次为聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)组(5.0%(质量分数,下同)石灰、0.1%PAM、94.9%土壤)>石灰组(5.0%石灰、95.0%土壤)>木屑组(5.0%石灰、5.0%木屑、90.0%土壤)>土壤组(100.0%土壤)>空白组(只装填生活垃圾)。(2)250d时空白组、土壤组、石灰组、木屑组和PAM组的累积产气量分别为1 510.03、1 850.38、1 946.64、1 650.76、2 498.61L。PAM组高出空白组65.5%。(3)垃圾覆盖层能显著提升垃圾的产CH_4能力,土壤组、石灰组、木屑组、PAM组产CH_4最高分别为63.25%(体积分数,下同)、64.16%、62.09%、70.83%,而空白组CH_4最高仅为39.14%。PAM组在垃圾装填60d后CH_4浓度迅速升高,比空白组提前90d进入快速产CH_4阶段。The aim of the experiment was to understand the effect of the landfill intermediate soil cover on the biogas production.Five groups of simulated anaerobic bioreactor landfill were used.The results showed that:(1)the stratified landfill adopted in intermediate soil cover bioreactor was efficient approach for biogas production rates of MSW.The biogas production rate constants were:PAM group(5.0%(mass fraction,the same below)lime,0.1%PAM,94.9%soil)>lime group(5.0%lime,95.0%soil)>sawdust group(5.0%lime,5.0%sawdust,90.0%soil)>soil group(100.0%soil)>blank group(only filled with municipal solid waste).(2)The cumulative biogas production in the blank group,soil group,lime group,sawdust group and PAM group at the end of 250 days were 1 510.03,1 850.38,1 946.64,1 650.76,2 498.61 L,respectively.The amount of biogas produced in PAM group was 65.5%higher than that in the blank group.(3)The CH 4 production capacity was improved significantly by the intermediate soil cover.The highest volume fraction of CH 4 in the soil group,lime group,sawdust group and PAM group were 63.25%,64.16%,62.09%,70.83%,respectively,while in the blank group was only 39.14%.The CH 4 concentration of PAM group increased rapidly after filling for 60 d,which was 90 d ahead of the blank group and entered the stage of rapid CH 4 production.
