摘 要:选取云南阳宗海湖滨湿地沉积物为研究对象,以阳宗海农田土壤为对照,通过室内模拟实验,研究不同砷污染程度的沉积物对磷酸盐吸附的差异及影响因素。结果表明:(1)低浓度磷酸盐时吸附能力为底层沉积物>表层沉积物>农田土壤;高浓度磷酸盐时吸附能力为表层沉积物>底层沉积物>农田土壤;主要与沉积物表面的吸附点位的分布差异有关。(2)砷污染沉积物中活性态砷的含量及水体pH是影响沉积物富集磷的重要因素。(3)可还原态砷、水体pH、弱酸提取态砷对磷酸盐的吸附有重要贡献。Sediments in Yangzonghai lakeside wetland was selected as the research object,farmland soil around the lake bank was chosen for comparison.The sorption differences of phosphate on different pollution degree of arsenic contaminated sediments and the related impact factors were studied through indoor simulation experiment.The results showed that:(1)the sorption sequence was DC(bottom layer sediment)>BC(surface layer sediment)>NT(farmland soil)under the low initial phosphate concentrations,whereas it changed into BC>DC>NT under the high initial concentrations.The main influencing factors lay on the distribution differences of sorption sites of sediments.(2)The activity of arsenic and pH of water body had important effects on the sediment accumulation ability of phosphate.(3)Among these factors,weak acid extraction and reducible arsenic in sediment and the water body pH made significant contributions to the sorption of phosphate.
