摘  要:废弃印刷电路板(WPCB)的破碎解离是WPCB进行后续资源化利用的前提条件,采用剪切式破碎机和万能高速破碎机分别对WPCB进行了粗破碎和细破碎,筛分后对不同粒径的粉碎产物进行粒径分布分析、显微镜观察和单体解离度研究。结果表明,WPCB经两次粗破碎后,大部分粗碎产物粒径≥1.2mm,占总产物质量的85%以上,经细破碎后,约有50%(质量分数)细碎产物粒径<0.30mm。WPCB的细碎产物破碎至粒径<0.90mm,可以认为金属和非金属基本分离;破碎至粒径<0.60mm,可以认为金属和非金属完全解离。金属主要集中分布在粒径为0.30~<1.20mm的细碎产物中。The crushing dissociation of the waste printed circuit boards(WPCB)is the precondition for the reutilization of WPCB.Sheared crusher and universal high speed crusher were used to break the WPCB into products of coarse crushing and fine crushing.The particle size distribution was analyzed;the particle morphology was observed by microscope;and the monomer dissociation degree was studied.Results showed that particle size of products of coarse crushing mainly distributed≥1.2 mm,covering over 85%mass after 2 times of course crushing.Particle size of products of fine crushing mainly distributed<0.30 mm,covering about 50%mass.When particle size of products of fine crushing was<0.90 mm,it was considered that metal and non\|metal were almost dissociated;and when that was<0.60 mm,it was considered that those were thoroughly dissociated.Metal mainly distributed in products of fine crushing with particle size of 0.30\|<1.20 mm.
