摘　　要：传统的斜花键的加工装置,没有防护罩,不能避免工作人员受到因加工过程而引发的危险,并且现有的加工装置没有较好的定位杆,这样会使正在加工的斜花键易在加工装置上脱落发生危险,因此,该设计工装添加了防护罩与定位杆,以保护工作人员的人身安全,并通过梯形状安装槽降低花键加工的损坏率。Because of the lack of shields,traditional processing tool of oblique spline can not protect workers from the danger during the machining process.Besides,the lack of proper locating rods can also lead to the hazard when the machining oblique spline falls down.So,there are shields and locating rods inside the design to insure the security.Besides,the trapezoidal installation slot will reduce damage rate.
