摘　　要：换挡拨叉是汽车变速箱实现换挡过程中的重要零件,它的体积不大,但形状复杂,各项尺寸精度要求较高。通过对换挡拨叉设计尺寸及使用要求的分析,同时也为保证批量产品的快速检测,设计综合检具能较好地满足检测要求,但其结构设计是否合理,检测是否准确,直接影响到后续变速箱总成的质量及使用。Shifting fork is an important part in the transmission process of automobile gearbox.Its volume is not large,but its shape is complex,and its dimensional accuracy is higher.Through the analysis of the design size and the use require-ments of the shift fork,and in order to ensure the rapid detection of the batch products,the design of comprehensive inspection equipment can meet the testing requirements well,but the structure design is reasonable and the detection is accurate,it directly affects the quality and the use of the follow-up gearbox assembly.
