摘  要:风钻是汽车制造业不可缺少的常备工具之一,主要用于车架总成纵梁钻孔(透孔)工序。为了降低风钻使用消耗,节约成本,文章从各个角度对造成风钻消耗高的主要原因展开分析,制定了有效的解决措施,通过清洗风钻马达内部油泥、更换风钻马达偏心定子以及编制使用说明书在厂内对加工人进行风钻使用方法的培训,风钻消耗大幅度降低。The pneumatic drill is one of the indispensable standing tools in the automobile manufacturing industry.It is mainly used for the process of drilling(through hole)in the longitudinal beam of the frame assembly.In order to reduce the consumption of wind drills and save costs,this article analyzes the main causes of the high wind drill consumption from various angles and formulates effective measures to solve the problem by cleaning the internal sludge of the pneumatic drill motor,replacing the eccentric stator of the pneumatic drill motor,and compiling the operating instructions in the factory.The training of wind drills used by processing personnel has greatly reduced the consumption of pneumatic drills.
