摘 要:采用纸床法研究了4种戊唑醇拌种浓度(药种比分别为1∶1 000、1∶500、1∶250)对10个四川小麦品种种子萌发的影响。和清水相比,戊唑醇拌种对参试品种的发芽率无明显影响,但促进了发芽指数的提高。随着拌种浓度的增加,胚芽长和最长根长普遍呈下降趋势,川麦42、内麦836的降幅相对较小,但1∶1 000拌种浓度还促进了川育23胚芽长和最长根长的增加。以上结果表明,推荐的戊唑醇拌种剂量(药种比1∶1 000)对四川小麦多数品种较为安全。The effect of seed dressing rate of four tebuconazoleon(proportion of seed and agent were 1∶1 000,1∶500,1∶250 seperately)on seed germination of 10 Sichuan wheat varieties was studied by paper bed method.Compared with water,the germination rate of the tested cultivars was not significantly affected by tebuconazoleon seed dressing,but the germination index was improved.With the increase of dressing rate,the length of germ and the maximum root length generally showed a downward trend.The declined trend of wheat germ Chuanmai 42 and wheat germ Neimai 836 was relatively small,but the seed dressing concentration of wheat germ at 1∶1 000 also promoted the growth of wheat germ length and maximum root length of Chuanyu 23.The above results indicated that the recommended seed dressing dosage of tebuconazoleon(1∶1 000)was safe to most wheat varieties in Sichuan province.
