摘 要:采用高石粉含量的人工砂取代天然砂,研究人工砂掺量对湿拌砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:掺入高石粉含量的人工砂,会提高湿拌砂浆的保水率、促进强度增长,同时也会使湿拌砂浆的初始稠度降低、砂浆凝结时间缩短,14d拉伸黏结强度降低、砂浆干燥收缩率增大;当人工砂掺量在50%以内时,湿拌砂浆性能能满足相关标准的要求;实际生产应用中,建议人工砂掺量控制在20%~30%范围内。This paper concentrates on the influence of the basic performance of wet mixing mortar by different proportion of manufactured sand of high content of stone powder instead of natural sand.The results show that high stone powder content of artificial sand exist certain influence the performance of wet mixing mortar and the adverse effects of artificial sand on wet mixing mortar can be controlled under the condition of controlling the content of stone powder.When the artificial sand content is less than 50%,the performance of wet mixing mortar can meet the requirements of relevant national standards.In practical application,it is suggested that artificial sand content is within the range of 20%~30%.
