摘　　要：提供一种蒸压α-型石膏砖及其制作方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域。制作方法包括以下原料:磷石膏、电石渣、粉煤灰、渣灰、骨料、减水剂,该方法解决了现有技术中蒸养石膏制品只能使用在正负零以上部位,蒸压石膏制品吸水率高的技术问题,蒸压α-型石膏砖原料磷石膏经过蒸养预处理,配合其他成分,制得的蒸压α-型石膏砖性能好,吸水率较低,质量好,在正负零以上或以下部位都能使用,该蒸压α-型石膏砖不易挥发有害物质,是一种环保型蒸压α-型石膏砖。the technology provides a autoclaved alpha type gypsum brick and its manufacturing method,which relates to the field of building materials technology.The method includes the following materials:phosphogypsum,carbide slag,fly ash,slag ash,aggregate and water reducing agent.This method solves the technical problem that the steamed gypsum products can only be used in the positive and negative parts,and the water absorption rate of the autoclaved gypsum products is high in the existing technology,and the phosphogypsum,the raw material of the autoclave type stone gypsum brick,is pretreated by steam curing.With other ingredients,the steamed alpha gypsum brick has good performance,low water absorption and good quality.It can be used in both positive and negative parts or below.The autoclaved gypsum brick is not easy to volatilize the harmful substances.It is a kind of environment-friendly autoclaved alpha gypsum brick.
