摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在降低心力衰竭患者出入量记录错误率中的应用效果。方法2017年7-9月,江苏省徐州市中心医院心内科成立QCC小组,确定"降低心内科心力衰竭患者出入量记录错误率"为活动主题,进行现状调查,分析心内科心力衰竭患者出入量记录不准确的原因、制订对策,并进行持续改进。结果开展QCC活动后,心内科心力衰竭患者出入量记录的错误率由活动前的25.18%降低至活动后的7.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论QCC活动的开展有利于降低心内科心力衰竭患者出入量记录的错误率。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in reducing the record error rate of intake and output in patients with heart failure.Methods A quality control circle group was set up,and‘to reduce the record error rate of intake and output in patients with heart failure’was the theme.The causes of the inaccurate records of patients with heart failure in cardiology department were analyzed.The countermeasures were formulated and the PDCA(plan,do,check,action)circulation method was used to make continuous improvement.Results After the implementation of QCC group,the error rate reduced from 25.18%to 7.4%(P<0.01).Conclusions QCC activity can effectively reduce the error rate of intake and output records in patients with heart failure.
