舒适护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理干预对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法将2016年1月至2017年1月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的104例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=50)。对照组患者给予围术期常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理干预。采用数字疼痛评分法评估2组患者术后2、6、24 h的疼痛情况,采用健康生活质量相关问卷评估2组患者术后3个月的生活质量。结果对照组患者术后2、6、24 h疼痛评分分别为4.55±1.01、3.70±1.18、1.23±1.03,观察组患者术后2、6、24 h疼痛评分分别为3.62±1.60、2.85±1.52、0.48±0.69;观察组患者术后2、6、24 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、躯体活力、精神健康评分及生活质量总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者社会功能和情感职能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒适护理能增加腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者术后的舒适度,提高患者术后的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods One hundred and four patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy in Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control group(n=54)and observation group(n=50).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of pain of the patients in the two groups was evaluated by digital pain score at 2,6,24 h after operation.The quality of life of the patients in the two groups was assessed by a healthy quality of life questionnaire at three months after operation.Results The pain scores of the patients in the control group at 2,6,24 h after operation were 4.55±1.01,3.70±1.18,1.23±1.03,respectively.The pain scores of the patients in the observation group at 2,6,24 h after operation were 3.62±1.60,2.85±1.52,0.48±0.69,respectively.The pain scores of the patients in the observation group at 2,6,24 h after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological role,physical pain,general health,physical vitality,mental health and the total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of social function and emotional function between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can increase the perioperative comfort and improve the quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.
