摘　　要：关于民族问题的分析构成习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容。最基本的要把握以下三点,其一,它为什么高度重视民族问题,具体说就是对中国特色社会主义民族问题的重要性和当下性的深刻把握;其二,它在民族问题上最基本最核心的思想,具体说就是"四个根本"即根本道路、根本目的、根本方式、根本保障;其三,它分析民族问题最基本的思维方式,即战略思维、历史思维、辩证思维和底线思维"四大思维方式"。搞清楚这三个最基本的内容,我们对新时代中国特色社会主义民族问题就有了基本的应对思路。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core,has attached great importance to ethnic issues.It has held many meetings on ethnic affairs,and made many special speeches and instructions on ethnic work.Ethnic work has become an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era emphasizes that we must attach great importance to the ethnic affairs,and make efforts to do a good job in implementing the“four fundamentals”which have become the core idea for ethnic issues.First,“The Fundamental Road”:At the second session of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People s Political Consultative Conference in March 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that adhering to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the correct political path that must be firmly grasped in order to do a good job in ethnic work under the new situation.Second,“The Fundamental Purpose”:The fundamental purpose is to construct the community of the Chinese nation,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we must fully implement the Party s policies concerning ethnic groups,heighten public awareness of ethnic unity and progress,and create a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Third,“The Fundamental Way”:In Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the fundamental way to do a good job in ethnic work and solve various ethnic problems is to speed up the development of ethnic minority areas,enable them to achieve leapfrog development,and achieve balanced development throughout the country.Fourth,“The Fundamental Guarantee”:The fundamental guarantee is the leadership of the Party.At the Second Central Work Conference on Xinjiang,Xi Jinping pointed out that the key to building good govema
