立体式处方质控新模式的实践与效果评价

摘　　要：目的:介绍医院处方质控新模式,为提高处方质量提供管理依据。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,将门诊处方全量点评、住院医嘱精细化评估、围手术期预防用药全面跟踪的立体式处方质控结果进行对比,以此来体现立体式处方质控的效果。结果:通过此种模式质控处方后,2017年第一季度的门诊处方和住院医嘱与2016年第一季度对比均得到明显改善,月平均绩效得分分别由248.41、516.21升高至272.78、526.96,Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用药和住院医嘱点评问题也得到明显改善。结论:通过此种质控模式能够全面提高管理效率和医疗质量,保证了患者用药安全。Objective:To introduce the new model of quality control of hospital prescriptions,in order to provide the management basis for improving the quality of the prescriptions.Methods:A retrospective analysis method was used to compare the stereoscopic prescription quality control results of the comprehensive evaluation of the outpatient prescriptions,the meticulous evaluation of the in-patient medical orders and the comprehensive tracking mode of perioperative prophylaxis,so as to reflect the effect of the stereoscopic quality control of prescriptions.Results:Through this kind of mode for quality control of prescriptions,the rationality of outpatient prescriptions and in-patient medical orders was obviously improved in the first quarter of 2017 when compared with that of 2016,the average monthly performance score increased from 248.41 and 516.21 to 272.78 and 526.96,respectively.The perioperative prophylactic use of medicines in typeⅠincision surgery and the problems of inpatient medical orders were also improved.Conclusion:The quality control mode can improve the efficiency of management and the quality of medical treatment,which can ensure the safety of medication.
