奥曲肽致注射部位反应2例并文献复习

摘　　要：病例1:1例27岁女性患者,既往无过敏史,因垂体TSH瘤皮下注射奥曲肽注射液0.1 mg后出现注射部位瘙痒、红疹、伴有硬结,由于治疗需要,再次使用奥曲肽后再次出现上述不良反应,后使用氯雷他定片(10 mg,qd)抗过敏治疗,患者再次用药后未再出现皮疹、硬结等不适。病例2:1例10岁3个月女性患者,既往有护肤品及静脉输液(具体不详)过敏史,因垂体TSH瘤皮下注射奥曲肽注射液0.1 mg后出现注射部位红晕、硬结,伴明显疼痛、瘙痒,由于治疗需要,再次使用奥曲肽后再次出现上述不适,后给予西替利嗪片(10 mg,qd)抗过敏治疗,患者未再出现不适症状。Case 1:One 27-year-old female patient without history of allergies had the injection site of itching,red rash and callosity because of injecting octreotide 0.1 mg under the hypodermic for the treatment of TSH tumor.Because of the need for treatment,octreotide was used,and the same adverse reactions reappeared.Hence,the patient was treated with loratadine tablet 10 mg for antiallergic treatment.While,no such discomfort appeared after using octreotide again.Case 2:One 10 years and 3 months female patient with a history of allergy against skin care and intravenous infusion(concrete drug was unknown)had the injection site of flushed and callosity with obvious pain and itching because of subcutaneous injecting octreotide 0.1 mg for the treatment of TSH tumor.Because of the need of the treatment,the same adverse reactions reappeared after taking octreotide again.Hence,she was treated with cetirizine tablet 10 mg for antiallergic treatment.After taking the antiallergic drug,there was no more such discomfort.
