摘  要:对抗病毒新药MJJ原料药中杂质进行研究。利用液-质联用技术检测杂质的结构,结合文献推测杂质来源。利用碱破坏MJJ制备杂质,并通过NMR等光谱技术确定结构。利用杂质反向合成MJJ,合成的杂质可作为MJJ质量控制的杂质对照品。生物活性测试结果表明,该杂质具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。该方法新颖,为原料药的杂质研究提供了良好的思路,并为创新药物MJJ的有关物质及质量控制等研究提供了有意义的试验数据和参考依据。The main impurity of the new antiviral drug candidate MJJ was studied.The structure was elucidated by LC-MS and comparison with literature data.Impurity was prepared by alkali-destroying MJJ and its structure was determined by NMR spectroscopy.The synthesized impurity was used as reference compound in quality control of MJJ.The result of biological activity test showed that the impurity had certain antitumor activity.It was believed that this is a new strategy for related substances in bulk drug,and the experimental data were valuable for the determination of the impurity and quality control of MJJ.
